9Dots talented Embroidery Digitizers can transform your design into exquisite stitch work. We produce embroidery designs for all types of substrates including Jerseys, T-shirts, Polos, Jackets, Fleece, Sweatshirts, Caps, Towels, Bags, Uniforms and Gowns.
9Dots has invested in 3 embroidery machines (Barudan and Tajima). Every design is tested by sewing them out onto fabric appropriate to your application, this translates into fewer thread breaks and optimized thread count for lower production costs.
We digitize more than 400 files a day. Our policy has been “Get it right first time.”

You can open an account by calling or emailing us.

Through 9 Dots VIS Portal, email, or FTP. Customers who plan to send more than 200 jobs a month can receive free FTP space from 9 Dots.

All files are completed by artists and digitizers, quality controlled by the Quality Assurance team, and randomly sampled by the Manager.

Yes. Prospective customers who plan on sending more than 200 jobs a month qualify for special pricing.

Turnaround is guaranteed by the next business day for U.S. and Canadian customers, and within 24 hours of receiving artwork for the rest of the world.

We accept PayPal and wire transfer payments.
